Are you looking for a location to take graduation or family photos? Maybe a beautiful garden to hold your wedding ceremony? Or a board room for your next company meeting? Admiralty House Museum has a multi-purpose room ideal for meetings, socials, showers, and seminars and grounds fit for photography and wedding ceremonies. The room can hold forty people in theatre-style seating, or twenty-five for a boardroom style meeting. The grounds can accommodate 175 guests.


Board Room Rental:

Each three hour rental is based on a half-an-hour set up time, two hours for the function, and half-an-hour cleanup time

  • Full Day (9:00am - 4:00pm) - $125.00
  • Morning (9:00am - 12:00pm) - $85.00
  • Afternoon (1:00pm - 4:00pm) - $85.00
  • Evening (6:00pm - 9:00pm) - $85.00

Each additional hour - $20.00

Grounds Rental:

Payment required, rain or shine

  • Morning (9:00am - 12:00pm) - $200.00
  • Afternoon (1:00pm - 4:00pm) - $200.00

How to Rent:

To rent from Admiralty House, all renters must fill out a Rental Agreement Form. Forms can be submitted by mail, email or in person. If no Rental Agreement Form is submitted, access will be denied to the space. No booking is final until a Rental Agreement Form is received and approved. Once the requested date and time are approved by the office, renters will have until the last business day before the event to pay the fee.
